「醉貓」可能係香港最被誤用嘅詞語之一。都市傳說話呢個term唔係用嚟話人醉到隻嘢咁,而係講啲表面似醉,實際上心中有數嘅人。佢哋就似貓咪,睇落係懶洋洋,表面鬆散、隨性,實際上每一步都踩得穩,隨時隨地都可以反應好快!

啤酒一向係香港人嘅至愛,不論係大排檔定係火鍋店,忙完一日,嚟杯冰凍啤酒,真係最正嘅享受!🍺🇭🇰
但講到手工啤酒,就有啲唔同喇。以前手工啤酒俾人感覺有啲「高貴」,唔係咁容易喺餐廳見到,人氣都唔算高。
直到2013年,一切都唔同晒!嗰年,手工啤酒迷Rohit Dugar創立咗少爺啤酒廠,佢抱住一個夢想:將香港地道美食同本地手工啤酒完美結合,成為最佳拍檔!
少爺啤酒推出咗好多充滿本地特色嘅口味,例如以茶餐廳經典為靈感嘅鹹檸啤酒,將手工啤酒變得更親民、更有趣!
為咗令手工啤酒走入大眾生活,少爺啤酒仲同大排檔合作,搞咗一個超獨特嘅啤酒節,直接將手工啤酒帶到香港人最愛飲啤酒嘅地方。唔論係大排檔客人定手工啤酒迷,都可以齊齊乾杯,盡情享受!成功將西式手工同地道飲食文化融合,成為香港飲食界一個突破!
而家,少爺手工啤酒已經進駐咗好多餐廳同零售店,隨時隨地都可以買到,手工啤酒慢慢變成香港人生活嘅一部分。

社區互動回收車,每逢星期六日巡迴全港各區屋苑,不但接收多種回收物,而且提供流動平台予居民即場轉贈二手物品如圖書、鞋、袋及衣物。透過鼓勵市民珍惜、共享及回收資源,延續物件壽命,為地球減少垃圾。
連結社區
除了舉辦環保工作坊和講座,回收車也會不時與其他單位合作提供電器和廚具維修服務,致力聯繫社區,將環保信念植根在全港市民心中。
