Beer has long been a favourite in Hong Kong, often enjoyed at dai pai dongs and hot pot restaurants after a long day. 🍺🇭🇰
However, craft beer, known for its premium image, was much less popular and rarely found on menus until recently.
Everything changed in 2013 when Rohit Dugar, a craft beer enthusiast, founded Young Master Brewery with the vision that Hong Kong food should pair with locally crafted beers.
By collaborating with dai pai dongs to create a truly unique beer festival, Young Master brought craft beer directly to the places where Hongkongers love to drink the most.
This event combined Western-style craft beer with local food culture, marking a breakthrough in Hong Kong’s dining scene.
Now, Young Master Craft Beer has made its way into many restaurants and retail stores, making it easy to purchase anytime, anywhere.
